Deployment Guide
Ship in layers: contracts first, then oracle publishers, then agency runtimes.
Order of operations
- Deploy / verify Solidity contracts on Arbitrum; record addresses.
- Configure L1 anchor + timelock destinations.
- Bring up Kafka + oracle publishers in degraded-safe mode.
- Enable Agency with empty/highly restricted allowlist; expand gradually.
- Open monitoring dashboards before enabling advances.
Foundry broadcast
forge script script/Deploy.s.sol:Deploy \ --rpc-url $ARB_RPC_URL \ --broadcast \ --verify
Oracle rollout
- Start with
state=Degraded(publish scores, consumers ignore advances). - Validate calibration and freshness SLOs.
- Flip to
Activeonly when consumers pass integration checks.
Observability
| Signal | Alert when |
|---|---|
| Attestation age | > freshness window |
| Sequencer block lag | stall > 30s |
| Policy rejections | sudden spike |
| Escalations | above baseline |
| Spool utilization | tranche bounds breached |
